Information about the home - Built by Richmond Homes in 2021, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with approximately 2190 square feet= of living space plus a two car garage. In a great location with easy access= to the Orchards area of Vancouver, Prairie High School, shopping, dining, a= nd SR 503. Cute back covered patio area and fenced yard provide a nice personal outside space. Front yar= d maintenance is included in the rent so no need to mow or weed the front ar= ea.
