Hi Kelly,

Settling in great. I love this place so much and finally feeling like I
have a home again since the fire is doing so much for my mental health!! I
haven't come across any issues so far and Philip has been a real help when
I needed it. He's welcome to come anytime to reset the code, just please
excuse the millions of boxes in the garage. Planning to hire a one time
bulk trash/recycle pickup after I finish with all the large boxes.

I haven't received any notice about the waste water paperwork yet. I'll
keep an eye out for that or give them a call if I don't get anything.

I did have a question about possibly installing a pot rack over the island.
Please let me know what you think. It would entail 2 screws into studs in
the ceiling and is very easy to install and uninstall (or I could leave it
for the next tenant, if you like the look)
