A few comments or i= tems that need adjusted on the quotation before accepting.

The sub-panel will= be to the left of the bathroom door on the garage side. It is a 2x4 w= all so the bottom of the panel will need to be above the bathroom light swit= ch box on the opposite side of the wall. So you need to make sure the bottom of a 30 space panel can be above t= he light switch box and the top breaker below the 6=E2=80=997=E2=80=9D limit= .

As noted on the dr= awing, there are 20 interior wall receptacles on 6 circuits including one ci= rcuit from the existing garage panel. (this does not include the two r= eceptacles in the bathroom group)   The HRV, Fire protection, and freeze protection are all included in the 20 rece= ptacle count. So you have three extra receptacle circuits in the quota= tion that need to come out.

The bathroom group= has one fan, one ceiling light, two receptacles. It seems the bathroom grou= p is listed twice, once as light/plug and one as light.

The garage lights a= re on two circuits as noted, but one circuit comes from the existing panel a= s noted on the drawing.

Please confirm the= re is no 14AWG

Josh would like to finish up the siding and trim to= morrow (Wednesday). Regarding enclosing the ceiling of the breezeway..= in the existing breezeway most of the cans are new install, but a few in ti= ghter spaces are rework cans. For the six breezeway lights, can Josh complete the installation of the cedar plank= ing on the ceiling in the breezeway and you can use rework cans? Would you r= ather he 3/4 finish to allow easier access rather than coming through garage= attic? or do you want that completely unfinished?

Thanks for the upd= ated proposal. We have added some soffit lights and dropped a few item= s (existing garage lights, etc) and made a simplified count to prevent doubl= e counting. All receptacles, lights, and switches remaining in the project are in the new construction part.&nbs= p; A new document is attached but here is the summary count. All fishi= ng has been completed and the soffit light wire has been fished and looped t= hrough so they could complete the siding.

Only a pull string= is in place for the existing panel 120/240 receptacle since I didn=E2=80=99= t have any 6/3 sitting around but if you drop off some wire I can run that i= nto the panel before you get here.

Let me know about t= he wire sizes I suggested. It only took about half an hour to abandon t= he porch light and put in the 12/3 for the breezeway can lights. I don= =E2=80=99t have any 6/3 sitting around for the 50A or I would fish that down. I do have a spool of 10/2 here, so I can f= ish the water heater circuit if 10/2 is sufficient.

I do not see any s= tubbed wires coming out of the panels in photographs, I may need to crawl up= there and look. But we did put in extra holes in the top plate which i= s nice. Getting holes in the top plate was one part of rework that I disliked the most. I will at least have= a pull line in place for those before you start. 12/2 for the duplex r= eceptacles, then 10/2 for the water heater and 6/3 for the 50A receptacle?

I will let you kno= w what I find in the next couple of days. Worst case- we will need to p= ut in a pull box under the top plate as you suggested. It looks like there i= s sufficient room above the third panel.

I will abandon the= porch light wire and have the replacement (12/3) fished in to convert the p= orch light to a 3-way for the breezeway lights.

Electrical drawing= attached. This is the same as the paper copy, I have not refined the r= eceptacle circuits and placement yet.

Spec sheet for the= flood lights is also attached.
